Every UCS system shares the same zero-waste, scaffolding-free installation principle. Different applications. Same German engineering foundation.
Four-edge structural bonding delivers the maximum possible glass exposure — a seamless, frameless facade where only glass and sky are visible from street level.
Glass panels are bonded structurally on all four edges using high-performance silicone. Not a single screw penetrates the glass. The result is a perfectly flat, distortion-free surface with no visible framing.
Applied to landmark high-rise towers across Qatar and the UAE — including Al Nakheel Tower, West Bay, Doha at 12,000 m².
Two-edge structural bonding — the most widely deployed UCS system across the GCC. Vertical edges are structurally bonded; horizontal edges are mechanically retained, creating a visually clean facade with exposed horizontal pressure plates.
Used in over 120,000 m² of completed projects across UAE, Qatar and Iran. The practical workhorse of the UCS range — faster to install than 4-way, more refined than conventional.
Featured in Amaal Tower (18,000 m²), Ginco Residence (15,000 m²), and multiple towers in West Bay, Doha.
Pressure-plate system elevated by UCS technology. All four edges of each glass panel are mechanically retained using aluminium pressure plates — the most adaptable configuration in the range.
Unique to UCS: glass, ACP, honeycomb panels, stone and marble can all be installed at the same elevation using identical mullion and transom profiles. One structural grid, any cladding material combination.
The panel flexibility of the conventional system makes it the preferred choice for mixed-material facades and high-rise hotels.
Polyamide-strip insulation strips are inserted between the inner and outer aluminium sections of every frame, creating a thermal break that measurably reduces heat transfer through the facade.
U-value improvement of 20–30% compared to standard aluminium profiles. Fully compliant with LEED, ESTIDAMA and ISO energy performance standards.
Available in all types: casement, sliding, pivot, fixed-light, swing and louvre. Custom profiles to any architectural specification. All glazing types — clear, tinted, reflective, laminated, double and triple glazed units.
Solar shading integrated directly into the UCS profile grid — no secondary framing, no additional structural fixings. Horizontal and vertical blade configurations are selected per facade orientation solar analysis.
Blades are aluminium-extruded to any depth, spacing and angle to meet project-specific shading coefficients and architectural intent. Integrated into the same curtain wall structure as the glazing.
Significantly reduces solar heat gain, supports LEED shading compliance, and maintains visual continuity of the facade language.
Structurally engineered aluminium railing for balconies, terraces, staircases, mezzanines and public spaces. Engineered and tested to applicable code requirements for imposed loads and deflection.
Infill options: structural glass panels, stainless steel cables, solid aluminium panels or horizontal rails. Post profiles custom-extruded and powder-coated to project colour specification.
Designed and delivered under the same UCS project management framework as the facade package — one point of contact for all exterior aluminium work.
